Bet Processing

Once a bet is confirmed on bdbgo, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

Odds & Results

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, information from official sources will be considered final.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the relevant stake will be fully refunded.

Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits apply to each game and betting market. The maximum payout for a single bet can be up to ৳10 lakh (may vary by game). Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbgo platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus offers.
• Using software bots or any automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform through any technical means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Registering with false identity or fraudulent information.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.

If a rule violation is found, bdbgo may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. In such cases, any valid balance remaining (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded.

Self-Exclusion
